Field Service Technician

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a traveling Field Technician to join a managed service program for a client in the Financial Services industry. This person will be based out of Southeast Florida (Ft. Lauderdale, Coral Gables, Boca) and will be responsible for supporting PC/Hardware issues for all branch locations in South Florida (Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area, Naples/Ft. Myers, Tampa). The Technician will handle the majority of hardware support/troubleshooting in person and will be reimbursed for travel (mileage, lodging, etc.). Common issues will include PC/Desktop support, network setup and troubleshooting and printer support/troubleshooting. There will be instances where they will provide support virtually and potential candidates must be familiar with troubleshooting issues both in person and virtually.
