**Compensation:** $35 – $43/hour base targeted, with significant overtime opportunities. Technicians typically earn between ~$75,000 – $180,000+, depending on hours worked and travel.

Kelly Engineering is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our client’s team. This role is responsible for machine startup, repair, and maintenance on medium- to large-sized industrial equipment at customer sites.
