We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team, working within the Polyurethane Division. The role involves significant travel, working closely with a team of engineers to install, commission, and troubleshoot machines, ensuring customer satisfaction and equipment efficiency.
Responsibilities

+ Respond to service calls from the company's installed base, independently providing solutions.

+ Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and engineering to develop training and educational materials for internal use and customers.

+ Conduct final testing, installation, and first-piece production sign-off.

+ Closely interact with engineering to support customer technical issues.

+ Install, commission, and train customers on equipment at their sites.
