**Job Title: Field Service Technician**

**Pay: $90,000-$95,000**

**Job Description**

This role manages installations, repairs, maintenance, and training for customers, while also supporting internal teams with machine assembly, testing, and technical troubleshooting.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide professional service and customer support during field visits.
+ Manage all on-site installation duties.
+ Perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
+ Provide maintenance training to customers so they can safely and effectively use and care for their equipment.
+ Diagnose errors or technical problems on industrial packaging machines.
+ Perform troubleshooting on industrial packaging machines.
+ Run performance testing.

**Essential Skills**

+ 5+ years of experience building, assembling, and repairing industrial packaging machines, including equipment with cappers, fillers, and labelers.
