Job Description

 
  Responsibilities: 
 ESSENTIAL:  Prioritize, schedule and complete machine service for customers including but not limited to installation and warranty
 Prepare and submit documentation for efficient invoicing
 Maintain company property for safe operation and maximum life
  VALUED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:  Efficiently manage business expenses to maximize profitability
 Work effectively using the service scheduling software tools and/or service manager to service assigned customer base as well as other Cincinnati customers
 Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in the establishment of the preventative maintenance schedules with customers and service coordinator
 Education and Experience:  REQUIRED:  Three or more years related industrial maintenance experience, including troubleshooting
 Two or more years troubleshooting experience with programmable logic circuits (PLCs)
