Clearhill is growing, and we’re looking for a high-performing Field Service Operator to join our team in the West Midlands area.

This is not a standard service role. We operate at pace, we take ownership, and we expect people who care about doing things right first time. If you’re hands‑on, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a team that is continuously improving, this is for you. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel and provide operational cover across multiple locations throughout mainland UK, including at short notice to support business needs, staff absences, and peak periods.
