As Field Service Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of the Branch Business Plan—overseeing PPM performance, LOLER defect management, call‑out responsiveness, first‑time fix rates and overall margin contribution. You’ll champion our company values and ensure our service delivery consistently reflects our commitment to quality and operational excellence.

You’ll manage and support our Field workforce and subcontractors, with Health and Safety, people development, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and risk management at the core of your approach.
