Provide on‐site startups, training sessions, and service for EDDY Pump equipment at various project locations.
Troubleshoot and repair issues related to excavators, diesel engines, hydraulics, and low‐voltage electric systems.
Collaborate closely with our engineering and production teams to enhance product functionality and resolve field issues.
Deliver high‐quality customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
Document all service activities, including issue diagnosis, repair actions, and recommendations.
