Field Service Engineer

The purpose of this Field Service Engineer is to support the technical needs of Philips Imaging customers and customer service partners. In this role you will work both individually and as part of a wider team to install, maintain and repair our wide range of technologically advanced imaging equipment.
This is a general X ray focussed role for the immediate term though Image Guided Therapy may be added to your scope in due course.
The successful candidate would ideally be based in the Newcastle, Durham or Darlington area.
**You are responsible for**
+ Operating at an advanced technical level to provide expert advice & solutions to our customers and colleagues.
+ Providing field based and remote technical support to customers and colleagues in line with relevant training and experience.
+ Carrying out corrective, preventative, installation and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems.
