Field Service Engineer

Our client is an international technology company specialized in advanced manufacturing and recognized for its expertise in precision production technologies. The company designs both innovative equipment and customized components for clients in the industrial, medical, and aerospace are looking to hire an English-speaking Field Service Engineer based in Switzerland to support installation, repair, and service of machines across several European countries.

You will work in a team of 8 engineers and report to the Customer Service Manager for Northern and Central Europe.

This position is home-based anywhere in Switzerland and involves extensive travel (approx. 90%) across Switzerland and Europe. This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone dedicated to delivering full customer satisfaction throughout the installation, commissioning, and fine-tuning of newly purchased equipment. An intensive 2-week training program will be provided in the United States.
