Field Service Engineer

We are seeking aField Service Engineerwho will be responsible for the installation, retrofitting, servicing, and technical support of CNC and advanced machinery at customer facilities across North America. This individual will also support machine updates, troubleshooting, and rework in the field. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, proactive, and experienced with machine tools and control systems.

• Coordinate machine installations and retrofits in collaboration with internal teams, customers, and contractors




• Perform machine setup, commissioning, production validation runs, and final testing




• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and lubrication systems




• Conduct warranty repairs and provide ongoing service support
