FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure supporting a mission‑critical Command & Control (C2) system.
• Provide system maintenance and support to ensure high levels of reliability, availability, performance, and security.
• Work as part of a dedicated engineering team supporting critical operational environments.

• Maintain accurate warranty records for installed hardware.
• Assist in warranty claim administration and coordination with vendors/subcontractors.
• Inspect repaired components and verify serviceability.
• Perform integration, configuration control, and testing of repaired hardware.

• Perform corrective maintenance activities for hardware failures.
• Restore systems to operational status within SLA requirements...
