Field Service Engineer

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for delivering high‑quality installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair services for Molecular Devices instruments while maintaining customer satisfaction through exceptional service excellence. This role ensures optimal instrument uptime, effective issue resolution, and supports both customers and internal teams through technical expertise and collaboration.


This position reports to the Service Manager, Korea and is part of the Service Team located in Seoul, South Korea and will be an on-site role.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Perform installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs for Molecular Devices instruments while managing spare parts inventoryervice quality.
