Field Service Engineer

Install, commission, service, troubleshoot, and repair laboratory and scientific equipment at customer sites. Perform preventive maintenance and calibration according to manufacturer guidelines. Provide on-site technical support and user training when required. Prepare service reports, documentation, and follow-up actions. Liaise with principals, suppliers, and internal teams for technical matters. Respond promptly to service calls and ensure high customer satisfaction. Comply with safety, quality, and company SOPs.
