Field Service Engineer - Oporto/North

Palex Portugal, a leading company in the management and distribution of innovative hospital and research solutions, is recruiting a Field Services Engineer for Oporto/ North area, preferably.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide instrument service and support mostly in structural equipment for operating room, ICU and emergency rooms, as well as anesthesia ventilators and ICU ventilators.
• Including installation, preventive maintenance interventions, equipment failure diagnostics and repair, interventions quotations, initial operator training and security modification and upgrade.
• Manage workflow, client interfacing and company requirements and procedures providing the best customer experience, and proper incident reporting.
• Escalate support needs to manufacturers.
• Answer to client requests – Providing part number, quotations, and other technical support.
