Field Service Engineer – North of England

At **Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP)** , we help protect patients and healthcare professionals worldwide. We’re looking for an experienced **Field Service Engineer** , ideally based in the **North of England** , to deliver expert support for our advanced medical systems.

**What you’ll do:**

+ Perform maintenance, installations, and system validations
+ Diagnose and resolve complex technical and connectivity/network issues
+ Manage your service territory and customer relationships
+ Support integration of equipment within hospital IT environments

**What you bring:**

+ Ideally experience working on low temperature sterilisaton systems
+ 3+ years’ experience in field service or technical engineering
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
+ Working knowledge of networking (IP, connectivity, interfaces)
+ Customer-focused approach and ability to work independently
