Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for performing warranty and after-sales service activities at customer sites. This includes the installation and commissioning of new machines, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing on-site operational support. The role also involves delivering customer training on proper machine usage and maintenance, while collaborating with internal departments to ensure service excellence and drive continuous improvement. Please note that this position will reside within the Tangiers region in Morocco. Occasional travel to Casablanca will be a requirement.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
Independently perform service interventions in the areas of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and machine operation.
Install and commission new machinery at customer sites in coordination with internal teams and customer personnel.
