Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of all types of equipment in the company's product range.

• On-site emergency service and repair of the equipment.

• Scheduling and execution of planned maintenance of the equipment.

• Training of the customer's operation staff in operating the equipment.

• Training of the customer's technical staff in maintenance and repair.

• Ensuring documentation (reports and as-built) of executed installations and service work.

• Supervision of 3'rd party installation crews as per agreement (depending on project scope).

• Occasionally prepare equipment for- and participate in trade shows and exhibitions representing the company.

• Assist sales colleagues with technical details or practical arrangements as per agreement.

• Continues training and improve knowledge of the equipment.
