Field Service Engineer

A Field Service Engineer, supporting our packaging material on Tetra Pak filling machines across the ASEAN region.
- Provide on-site technical service and troubleshooting support for Tetra Pak filling lines.
- Ensure smooth performance of packaging material on machines and resolve any issues related to efficiency, quality, or compatibility.
- Conduct machine parameter adjustments, tests, and performance follow-up.
- Support customers with preventive maintenance, training, and improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with the packaging material and technical teams to secure customer satisfaction.
Required skills and experiences- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Tetra Pak filling machines is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on customer sites.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
