Field Service Engineer Loading Bays

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Field Service Engineer to carry out both breakdown repairs (reactive maintenance) and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on loading bay equipment. This includes dock levellers, scissor lifts, roller shutter doors, loading bay gates, and associated mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

Field Service Engineer – Loading Bays

• Attend customer sites to diagnose and repair faults on scissor lifts, dock levellers and other loading bay equipment.
• Carry out mechanical, electrical and hydraulic fault‑finding, part replacement and urgent breakdown support.
• Complete scheduled PPM to SLA standards, including inspections, testing, lubrication, adjustments, calibrations and identifying early wear or safety issues.
• Ensure all work complies with PUWER, LOLER and company safety procedures.
