Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be part of the EMEA North service team and will report to the Field Service Team leader. With Safety first mindset throughout the daily work both at company and our customer sites you will:

• Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electromechanical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Support customers with training and best practices for daily machine operation.
• Document service activities and provide clear feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues across service, engineering, and sales to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
