Field Service Engineer
Your responsibilities
- Installing and servicing solutions of machines, equipment, and other electronic control systems at the company's customers and clients in Poland and abroad
- Organizing of pre-installation according to the agreements
- Supervision installation on the spot and leading whole project with team
- Performing all operational tests, inspections, replacements, updates, reinstallations of defective hardware or software and retesting operational capability
- Troubleshot and diagnosed issues and malfunctions from electric, software to pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues of equipment
- Coordination and troubleshooting with contractors for timely completion of project
- Reporting, regular communication and feedback with customer
- Providing technical support to our clients and technical documentation to implement company’s products and services
