Job Description
Perform onsite installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of analytical instrumentation and associated systems.
Deliver technical training to customers, internal support teams, and service personnel.
Accurately document service activities, including repairs, maintenance work, and product performance issues; provide feedback for potential product improvements.
Manage and maintain personal spare parts inventory in line with company procedures.
Provide ongoing technical support to customers via phone, email, and occasional follow-up visits.
Travel as required to support customers and internal teams.
Ensure timely completion and submission of service reports and required documentation.
Promote service agreements, maintenance contracts, and warranty extensions where appropriate.
