Field Service Engineer

About the role As a Field Service Engineer, youll help keep customers connected by installing, maintaining and repairing broadband, TV and phone services in their homes. This is hands-on, practical work where your technical skills and customer approach go hand in hand. Youll receive a starting salary of £29,000, with the potential to earn up to £36,200 through overtime and commission. For this position, you must live in one of the following postcodes: FK7, FK8, FK9, FK10, FK11, FK12, FK13, FK15 Day to day, youll: Visit customers homes to install and repair broadband, TV and phone services Diagnose and resolve technical faults calmly and accurately Explain solutions clearly so customers feel informed and reassured Take ownership of jobs from start to finish Work safely at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions Balance technical problem-solving with excellent customer care Youll be supported from day one.
