Field Service Engineer

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support an Aerospace client in East Hartford, CT. This individual will serve as a technical liaison between customers, maintenance facilities, field service teams, and internal engineering organizations. The role is responsible for providing technical guidance on engine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities to support fleet reliability and customer satisfaction.

The Engineer will troubleshoot operational and maintenance-related issues, provide recommendations for continued service, support urgent Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) events, and develop technical documentation including Engineering Authorizations (EA), Special Instructions, and maintenance procedures.
