Field Service Engineer

Our client supplies, installs and services a range of industrial Battery Chargers, and related products, for industrial Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS). We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a nationwide team responsible for servicing Battery Chargers and their related Battery Packs at commercial/industrial locations. Responsibilities of the role will include: - To organise & complete service visits according to manufacturers recommendations. - To position, install and commission equipment at customer sites. - To repair equipment. - To advise Head Office of any sales opportunities identified during the course of duties. - To promote the company and act in a professional and diplomatic manner at all times. - To adhere to quality standards at all times. - Survey new and existing sites for installation purposes - Feedback quality issues to the office - Provide Technical Support to colleagues and customers as required.
