Field Service Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a well-established business, providing technical support and maintenance services to customers across the Chester region.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out fault diagnosis, repair, maintenance and preventative servicing of customer equipment.
* Achieve key performance targets including First Time Fix Rate, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and stock accuracy.
* Implement Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Technical Bulletins (TBs) in line with company standards.
* Perform Planned Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) within agreed timescales.
* Provide effective technical support to customers both on-site and remotely.
* Deliver first-line IT support for integrated customer solutions.
