Responsibilities:
- Handles the technical service at the premises of the final customer;
- Service, maintenance, repair, testing and calibration of complex equipment aslo with minimum supervision;
- Report issues of the final customer;
- Support requests from customers or partners.
Duties:
- Performs the service at the customer’s premises based on instructions received by the Service planner and the results of the service must be shared internally using the work report and the Fusion enterprise system;
