Key Responsibilities Technical Support – Perform installation, commissioning, and alignment of mechanical seals and auxiliary systems; diagnose failures in rotating equipment and sealing systems; respond to operational emergencies and unplanned shutdowns; conduct technical inspections on‑site and at Service Centers. Failure Analysis – Prepare technical reports and root cause analyses (RCA); identify causes of recurring failures and propose solutions; document technical findings and lessons learned.
