Job Description

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work independently on troubleshooting, problem solving, installation, calibration and maintenance in the field;
Work independently on troubleshooting，maintenance and repairing in onsite/internal workshop;
On time and correctly report working activities and time duration;
On time and correctly report customer visit activities with customer signature;
Keep good communication with customer;
Follow up customer open issues until it closed;
Response for SCA/Henrob/FDF Systems warranty claim;
Response for SCA/Henrob/FDF Systems quality information collection and quality problem report;
Raise red flags when there is business and technical risk;
Owner self personnel development in the company;
Fix assets, safety PPE and fire protection equipment management;
