A Day in the Life
The Service & Repair department is a growing organization of 300 people across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and is part of the Customer Care & Supply Chain organization of Medtronic. Processing over 10,000 routine maintenance and breakdown requests per annum in the UK and Ireland alone, we are looking for a Field Service Planner to co-ordinate the field service engineers and assist in planning their schedules.Your primary focus will be proactively scheduling the field service team to deliver a premium service across a wide range of products to meet the demands of our customers and the sales force.
