Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of flow cytometers according to technical documentation.
• Independent diagnosis and resolution of technical issues at customer sites.
• In collaboration with sales colleagues, inform customers about technical service offerings such as service contracts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction based on the customer satisfaction score.
• Maintain data in the internal ERP system.
• Regular participation in training sessions on technical innovations, including abroad.
