Field Sales Representative – Mars Snacking Mombasa, Kenya (Assigned Territory: Coast Region)

As a Field Sales Representative at Mars, you will be accountable for ensuring maximum physical availability of our brands across prime in-store locations. You will drive the quality of displays and deliver excellent execution aligned with perfect store ambitions to achieve incremental business and category growth.

What are we looking for?

• Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an in-field sales professional within the FMCG industry, with supervisory experience considered an advantage.

• You'll hold a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Sales, Marketing, or a related area.

• A qualified and competent driver with a clean and valid driving license is essential.
