- Achieve agreed weekly sales targets (commission payable on all sales above target).
- Proactively build and manage a future sales pipeline, including researching upcoming projects (e.g. via CIS).
- Focus on direct-to-site opportunities.
- Develop relationships with: Self-build owners, Builders, Farm-shed contractors, Log cabin companies, Landscaping companies, Garden Centres etc
