Field Sales Activation Specialist, Norway (1 year contract)

As a Field Sales Activation Specialist, you play a key role in driving sell-through performance, brand visibility, and consumer experience across Salomon’s retail network in Norway. 

This is a highly field-based, dynamic role (≈% travel across Norway) combining sales support, product training, in-store execution, and activation. Acting as a true brand ambassador, you bring Salomon to life at the point of sale and strengthen relationships with retail partners. 

Your focus is on activating the brand, accelerating stock rotation, and delivering premium in-store experiences through trainings, events, and visual merchandising excellence. 

You contribute directly to business performance by ensuring that Salomon products are visible, understood, and converting in store environments.
