Job Description
Take on a fulfilling role as a Field Safety Advisor with Valard Construction, supporting the Waasigan Transmission Line project near Thunder Bay, ON. This position focuses on establishing and maintaining safety culture on-site.
As a key member of the team, you will report to the Regional Safety Supervisor and serve as a vital safety resource for field operations. Your responsibilities will include coaching field staff, investigating incidents, and facilitating safety communications. This field-based job requires a schedule of 20 days working on-site followed by 10 days off, with provided camp accommodations.
Key Responsibilities:
