Join Valard Construction as a Field Safety Advisor for the Waasigan Transmission Line project near Thunder Bay, ON. This field-based role emphasizes safety management and compliance for a proactive work environment.
In this position, you will report to the Regional Safety Supervisor and provide essential safety support to field teams, supervisors, and workers. You'll ensure adherence to safety practices while investigating incidents and conducting safety meetings. The schedule includes 20 days on followed by 10 days off, with accommodations provided for this role.
