Key Responsibilities

• Handle field quality issues related to EV Trucks and Tipper Vehicles.
• Support troubleshooting and diagnosis of vehicle failures at customer locations.
• Coordinate with Service, Production, R&D, and Supplier teams for issue resolution.
• Analyze failures related to:
• Battery Systems
• Motor & Controller
• Charging Systems
• Vehicle Electricals
• High Voltage Components
• Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective action implementation.
• Monitor warranty and field failure data.
