About the Company Our client is a privately owned real estate investment, development, and property management company with a growing residential portfolio throughout Brooklyn and surrounding neighborhoods.

Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, field-based Field Property Coordinator to oversee property conditions, support tenant relations, and ensure operational excellence across multiple residential properties.

This role is primarily focused on on-site property inspections, tenant communication, and reporting rather than office-based administrative work.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently while traveling between properties throughout the day.
