Field Performance Manager

The Role

As a Supervisor on our Anglian Water Alliance, you’ll oversee the performance of our field resources on the maintenance and repair contract covering Lincoln through to Grimsby. Working closely with multiple stakeholders, you’ll ensure projects run smoothly – from planning work and controlling plant and labour to managing risks and keeping everything compliant.

In this fast-paced environment, your health & safety expertise and organisational skills will be put to great use. You’ll lead our field teams, making sure they have the guidance, resources, and mentoring needed to deliver a right first time service while promoting our Zero Harm safety culture.
