As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting Final Arrangement Advisors and Sales Management by ensuring proper utilization of Beacon, HMIS, Salesforce, and other key sales support. You will leverage your organizational and communication skills to keep projects moving forward and deliver an excellent experience for both internal and external clients.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Support Sales Associates with contract management, payment tracking, and issue resolution
+ Support Sales Associates with confirming and updating sales appointments; prepare marketing and pricing materials
+ Assist with event preparation, set-up, and break-down
+ Maintain and organize sales office, sales and marketing materials, maps, and other resources for the Inside Sales teams
