They will possess excellent communication and supervisory skills and be capable of implementing company safety and operating procedures. This is a varied and challenging role, balancing the supervision of day-to-day operations, employee training and competency, operations reporting, customer service, and health and safety, while fostering a great work environment consistent with company values.
