Field Operations Manager

Field Operations Manager – The Manager, Field Operations is accountable for the quality and execution of construction projects. The position is directly accountable to the Director of Operations and is based out of the office but requires travel to various project sites around western Canada to support these projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead people and culture initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, mentoring, employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, training, succession planning and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Provide guidance and oversight to proposal and project teams, ensuring projects deliver on safety, profitability, schedule, quality, sustainability, and turnover targets.
