Field Officer - Cavite / Laguna

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Field work. Door-to-door visits to clients for debt collection efforts.
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Handle questions or complaints of client for his/her outstanding balance.
• Meet company target for recoveries.

Qualifications

• Means of doing field visits (Motorcycle, Bicycle, e-Bike, Car, etc.).
• Previous work experience not required but field collections/field sales/TNVS/delivery rider experience is a PLUS.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10.
