Current Home is hiring motivated Field Marketing Representatives for our Riverside and Hemet offices to help homeowners schedule appointments with our solar consultants throughout the Inland Empire.

This is a full-time W2 position offering guaranteed hourly pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, benefits, and long-term growth opportunities within one of the fastest-growing solar companies in Southern California. Compensation & Benefits:

$18/hr starting base pay (up to $20/hr depending on experience) Uncapped commission structure Average earnings: $60,000–$75,000+ annually Top performers earning $90,000+ Weekly pay Paid training Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO + 401(k) Full-time schedule (Tuesday–Saturday) Company marketing vehicles provided during working hours
