Become a key asset to AMA as our Field Manager for Driver Education. This role focuses on performance management, instructor recruitment, and ensuring top-notch service for our students and their families.
In your role, you will manage relationships with both contracted instructors and students, ensuring that expectations are met and any issues are promptly addressed. Your ability to analyze performance data and implement innovative solutions will be instrumental in achieving our organizational goals and driving the success of our driver education program.
Key Responsibilities:
