I'm partnering with a well-established industrial manufacturing organization seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support plant reliability, equipment performance, and maintenance strategy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for maintenance and equipment issues
• Lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and corrective action initiatives
• Develop maintenance plans to reduce downtime and improve reliability
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Oversee equipment repairs, maintenance procedures, and contractor work
• Manage maintenance projects, budgets, spare parts, and equipment records
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to optimize plant performance
