**Our client, a leading construction and mechanical services provider, is seeking a Lead (Pipefitting & Plumbing) to join their team.** As a Lead, you will be part of the field operations team supporting project execution and jobsite coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** $30–$36/hr (based on experience)

+ Support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects while assisting Foremen, Senior Leads, and Project Managers
+ Lead field activities on smaller jobs or assist on larger projects, ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule
