The position of IT Field Operations Technician will support the launch and day to day operation of the Micro Market business from a technical standpoint. This position will also support the sites that are live and in production. Reports statistics to IT management and Corporate office.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Receive and record equipment information.

+ Will work closely with clients and vendors

+ Negotiate network connections for all new accounts

+ Ensure all network connections are good in existing accounts

+ Responsible for maintaining cameras and DVR systems in all markets

+ Will complete service calls for all market locations

+ Maintaining parts inventory

+ Responsible for warranty credit of parts and returns

+ Collecting of video files for loss prevention
