Field HR (Temp)

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Field HR professional to join our team on Nyami Berries farm. This role is vital in supporting field operations by implementing HR policies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processes for wage employees. The successful candidate will work closely with Team Leaders on-site to drive performance, improve productivity, and maintain compliance with labour legislation. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment, screening, and onboarding of wage employees Ensure all contracts and supporting documentation are completed and correctly filed Support the induction programme for all new employees on the farm Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on Farm Costing Solutions Time & Attendance Capture and manage employee data on the clock-in (Farm Costing Solutions) system Print and verify daily clock-ins and productivity (bucket counts) Obtain sign-off from Team Leaders and make necessary adjustments...
